Whole-heartedly subscribing to the notion "food is medicine”, Judi noticed how remarkable she felt based on changes to her diet over the years. Her transformation and conscious evolution began in 2013 when she started practicing beach yoga in Miami while studying targeted nutritional therapy to overcome her personal health challenges.
Establishing a career in the wellness field allowed her to pursue her passion and help others transform their lives through nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness practices while promoting the life-enhancing importance of healthy habits, positive mindset, and alternative healing therapies - both for people and dogs.
Her teachings blend ancient and modern healing modalities to help people find inner peace and happiness through enjoying life and savoring every precious moment.
Mindful Yoga
Judi is someone who needs to move her body in some way every day - not just to stay healthy and fit but for emotional and mental wellbeing. Practicing daily yoga has transformed Judi's life, inspiring her to become a Certified Yoga Teacher and SUP (paddle-board) Yoga Instructor.
Her signature style of yoga transforms tension into tranquility. She loves guiding her students through a special yogic adventure enhanced by elements of Shiatsu massage, myofascia release, sound healing, breath-work, aromatherapy, and guided relaxations.
She enjoys bringing together the teachings of yoga philosophy and positive psychology - both on and off the mat via weekly classes and in hosting transformational wellness retreats.
Creative slow-motion yoga flows are intuitively designed to calm the nervous system by synchronizing deep breaths with fluid, grounding movements, and focusing the mind on subtle body sensations. A form of moving meditation that includes challenging flows and encourages more expansive openings, time for self-reflection and a meditative state of being that helps cultivate greater self-awareness and improve quality of life.

She offers wellness guidance to health-conscious dog lovers who are concerned about their dog's wellbeing and want to make the best nutritional and lifestyle choices - both for their dogs and for themselves - so they can enjoy many years and decades of good health together.
Judi's deepest desire is to transform the way we care for our beloved dogs, by taking excellent care of ourselves first, so we can ripple out the beneficial effects towards our loved ones and our loyal canine companions. She loves inspiring modern dog parents to naturally improve their own vitality and their dog’s quality of life via alternative healing solutions and holistic nutrition.
She is also a proud member of her favourite holistic vet's team and loves supporting Dr. Peter Dobias' mission to empower dog lovers with knowledge so they can make the best choices to support their furry family member's wellbeing.
Education & Coaching
Judi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management while living in Hungary with her family, and over the past decade, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in the Health & Wellness Industry - specializing in both human and canine holistic wellbeing.
She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
Drawing on her expertise, she works with her clients and online course students to help make lifestyle changes. Health-promoting choices produce real and lasting results through basic improvements and gradual changes to improve their energy, balance, health, and happiness.
